Welcome to Leneia Hydration & Aesthetics ("Leneia Wellness," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our mobile wellness services.
By using our website or booking services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile wellness services by appointment.
Appointments are managed through Jane. A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve each appointment, which is applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.
Website content is informational only and not medical advice.
Payment is due according to the selected service and booking process. The $50 booking deposit described in Section 3 is collected at the time of scheduling.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the $50 booking deposit, which is non-refundable.
Memberships require 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date to cancel. Your membership and billing remain active, and you retain access to your benefits, through the end of that notice period.
There is a one-time $99 Membership Enrollment Fee, currently waived for all new members.
If your membership is canceled and later reactivated, the $99 enrollment fee will apply upon reactivation.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by California law.
